The use of SMART goals is very beneficial and I believe it would make the program work smoothly. Modeling is very important and you do a good job looking at the broad overview of the concept and then how you mention and describe all of its components. Working with families, it will be very important to use attention/retention skills in order for the children to develop motor reproduction and mastery of the exercise. Using social influence will have large positive effects, as both parents and children will use each other to improve motivation and skill development.
